Toward the end of each academic semester, Rocket Recharge aims to assist in rejuvenating the personal well-being of UToledo employees and students.

University Wellness is providing both in-person and virtual opportunities from Monday, Nov. 15, through Friday, Nov. 19, to empower faculty, staff and students with stress-reducing activities. Participants can create their own affirmation cards, join a mindfulness webinar or pick-up a DIY grab-and-go activity kit, among the de-stressing exercises.

“The focus of these events is to provide an environment for students and employees to relax, connect with others, learn strategies to improve their well-being and leave feeling rejuvenated,” said Andrea Masters, employee wellness consultant. “We truly value the hard work our UToledo students, faculty and staff have done throughout the semester; we look forward to offering this opportunity.”

Activities will take place throughout the week on Health Science and Main campuses. All activities require registration; some have limited availability.
