Black had a stellar senior campaign in which he was tabbed first-team All-Mid-American Conference for a second-straight year. He competed in a squad-best 13 tournaments and averaged a career-low 73.0 strokes per round, the fourth-best mark in the league.

The four-time all-conference selection finished in the top 10 in six events throughout the year, highlighted by a pair of runner-up finishes at the Notre Dame Kickoff Challenge and the Firestone Invitational. He also was named MAC Golfer of the Week on one occasion and shot par or better on a squad-best 14 occasions.

Black recently concluded his collegiate career with an at-large selection at the NCAA Kohler Regional.

The Pinckney, Mich., native was one of five individuals representing the Mid-American Conference on the All-Midwest Region Team, joined by Kent State’s Ian Holt and Chase Johnson, Miami’s Patrick Flavin and Northern Illinois’ Joo-Young Lee.
