As Ohio and the nation continue to experience a surge in COVID-19 cases, many are watching the development of potential vaccines with hope for wide availability this spring.

Leaders at the University of Toledo Medical Center have begun planning for the distribution of vaccines when they become available and are looking for input on the interest in a vaccine from the University community. Hospital leaders are asking all University stakeholders to participate in a short survey to indicate their role in the institution and their interest in receiving a vaccine.

Responses to the survey are confidential and are not attributable to any individual. The feedback from the survey will allow the hospital to plan for vaccine points of distribution on the University campus.

TheĀ survey is available onlineĀ now until Thursday, Dec. 3.
