The visitor parking lot outside The University of Toledo Medical Center main entrance will close beginning Sunday, April 23, for a reconstruction project that is expected to take approximately 10 weeks.
The hospital’s main entrance will remain open while parking Area 40 is closed.
During construction, patients will be directed to park in Area 41, which is located on the hospital’s west side and is accessible via Hospital Drive off Arlington Avenue.
Patients parking in Area 41 can enter the hospital through door 14, under the awning and between the entrances for the Heart and Vascular Center and the Emergency Department.
Employees who are permitted to park in Area 41 may continue to do so; however, spaces lined in green are reserved for patients.
Area 40 is expected to reopen at the end of June, weather permitting.
