Carlson Library has open conference rooms, classrooms, tabling and event spaces available to reserve by UToledo faculty, staff, students and/or student organizations.
Faculty, staff and students must fill out a reservation request form on the University Libraries Website while student organizations must use InvoNet to secure reservations to CL 2003 – Student Organization Suite.
Carlson Library Available Spaces:
• Main Event Space – CL1005;
• Open Conference Rooms – CL1005A, CL1009, CL3027;
• Dorothy Price Model Classroom – CL2024;
• Student Interview Room – CL1024K (student use only); and
• Student Organization Suite – CL2003 (student use only).

Carlson Library also offers spaces on a first-come, first-served basis:
• Individual and Group Study Rooms (second, third and fourth floors);
• Family Resource Room – CL2007; and
• Infant Care Room – CL2038.
