She is the first player in school history to earn All-MAC honors four times. Jaqua and Hatkevich are both first-time honorees. Alt and Jaqua are the first All-MAC duo for Toledo since Alt and former teammate Sina Uluave earned All-MAC honors in 2021. Hatkevich is seventh player in school history to be named to the all-freshman team and the third player in the last four years.

Alt was one of the top offensive threats in the MAC this year, averaging 4.32 kills/set in 18 conference matches. She ranked third in the league in kills and fourth in scoring (4.72 points/set) in conference play and had 17 matches with double-digit kills plus eight matches with at least 20 kills. Alt also averaged 2.24 digs/set and had seven double-doubles. The senior outside hitter attacked at a clip of .300 or better in seven matches, including a high of .531 against Eastern Michigan on Sept. 22. Alt reached a significant milestone this year when she became Toledo’s all-time leader in career kills.

Jaqua started all 18 MAC matches at libero and led the league in digs, averaging 5.56/set in conference play. She had double-digit digs in every single MAC match and posted at least 20 digs on 16 occasions. Her single-match high was 28, which she reached twice in contests against Eastern Michigan (Sept. 22) and Buffalo (Oct. 14). Jaqua also etched her name in the Toledo record book, breaking the record for career digs in the second-to-last match of the regular season.

Hatkevich won the starting setter job entering MAC play and led all freshmen setters in the MAC in assists (9.81/set). She had six matches with at least 40 assists and had a high of 49 assists in back-to-back matches vs. Buffalo (Oct. 13-14). Hatkevich played well against other MAC Tournament teams, averaging 10.00 assists/set against the other five squads that advanced to the postseason.
