The 2024-25 University Housing Application is now open.
Returning students who plan to live on campus in the next academic year should complete the application in the myUT portal before the Friday, Feb. 23, priority date to indicate their preferred residence halls.
Incoming new students and continuing students who have not previously lived on campus but plan to in the coming year will need to submit the non-refundable $40 housing application fee before completing the application. New-to-housing students should complete the application by Monday, April 1, to receive priority selection.
Students who complete a housing contract by the priority date will be notified beginning in March of the time slot for when to select their room. Students are encouraged to complete their housing contract as soon as they can because time slots will be assigned with priority based on the time stamp on the student’s completed housing contract submission.
Housing applications and the students’ time slots for selecting their rooms will be accepted on a rolling basis following the April 1 priority date.
Residential students may elect preferred campus housing from Parks Tower, Presidents Hall, Ottawa East and West and McComas Village in 2024 and can participate in a variety of Living Learning Communities or Special Interest Communities located throughout these on-campus residence halls.
