Longtime Local Doctor Receives 2023 Ohio Free Clinic Physician of the Year Award 

Dr. Richard Paat, a clinical professor of medicine in the College of Medicine and Life Sciences, was recently lauded for his work with UToledo’s student-run CommunityCares Clinics.
