The University of Toledo is thrilled to introduce the Tower of Excellence Award, a new recognition honoring graduating seniors who have made a lasting impact at The University of Toledo. This award celebrates students who have gone above and beyond in academics, leadership and community service, embodying the University’s core values and leaving their mark on campus and will be announced at this year’s Donald S. Parks Award Ceremony on Tuesday, April 15.

“The Tower of Excellence Award is our way of celebrating the incredible contributions of our Rockets,” said Megan Stoops, program coordinator of the Office of Student Engagement. “We are so excited to highlight students who are excelling both in and out of the classroom. If you know a senior who’s gone the extra mile this year, make sure to nominate them.”

Nominations are open to faculty, staff and peers and are due by Thursday, Feb. 13. To qualify, students must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher and be on track to graduate in spring, summer or fall 2025. Once nominated, eligible students will be invited to complete an application, which is required to be considered for the award.

The nomination form is available on the Involvement Network.
