The University of Toledo has canceled in-person classes for Wednesday, Jan. 22 that start before 10 a.m. due to the extreme cold warning that was issued for the region by the National Weather Service.
Despite early morning classes that take place in-person being canceled, the University remains open. Remote and online classes will take place as scheduled. UToledo Health clinical operations, as always, will remain open.
The cold weather advisory issued Tuesday afternoon warns dangerously cold wind chills as low as 26 below zero overnight.
