In-person classes begin at 10 a.m. Wednesday due to the extreme cold warning that was issued for the region by the National Weather Service that is in effect until that time. The cold weather advisory issued Tuesday afternoon warned of dangerously cold wind chills as low as 26 below zero during the overnight hours.

The University announced the cancelation of Wednesday’s early morning in-person classes on Tuesday evening. The University remains open and remote and online classes will take place as scheduled. As always, UToledo Health clinical operations remain open to care for members of our community.
