Beginning Thursday, May 1, the key pick up and return location for Health Science Campus will relocate to the Facilities Support Building (FSB), 1135 E. Medical Loop Drive.
All key pick ups will be through an electronic locker system located inside Door 1, off Parking Area 44D. Key holders will receive a unique locker code via email from our locker system (KeyCafe) when keys are ready. This code will be used at the kiosk to open the locker containing the assigned keys. Keys will not be ready for pick up until you receive a pickup code.
HSC key returns will only be accepted via a drop box located at the same location in FSB, Door 1. Returns will be processed via an interactive mobile app and deposited into a secure, locked return box.
The Key Station will be available on a walk-in basis during building hours, Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Key pick ups and returns will no longer be accepted at the Mulford Library Building security window after Thursday, May 1.
If you already received notice that your keys are ready for pickup at the Mulford Library Building security window (within the last 30 days), and you have not picked them up, your keys will remain at the window for pickup until Friday, May 30. After this date, they will be returned to the locksmith. As a reminder, Key Control will only hold keys for 30 days.
Main Campus key pick up and return is located on Main Campus, in Plant Operations Room 1090.
Online Key Requesting and Approval processes will not change. As a reminder, you can only access the online portal for requesting and approving keys while on campus.
Key holders and supervisors on all UToledo campuses can monitor key assignments and returns online via their online key dashboard.
