UToledo Provost Mitchell McKinney, dressed as Darth Vader, talks with Student Government Vice President Jaden Bollinger, a senior in political science, during the Provost’s Power and Peril Halloween Party held earlier today in Thompson Student Union. The Halloween event provided treats and games to play for students.

And later during the party, the president talked with UToledo students and passed out candy.
