Carlson Library is holding its Holiday Food Fight, a food drive benefitting the Rocket Fuel – Student Food Pantry, now through Wednesday, Dec. 10.
Each non-perishable and non-expired food item and hygiene product will earn a point for each graduating class, with double points earned for the most in-demand items including canned meat, instant potatoes, flavored pasta or rice, peanut butter, cereal, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponges, shampoo, conditioner, diapers and wipes.
Drop-off bins are on the first floor of Carlson Library. Separate donations bins are available for freshmen, sophomores, juniors, seniors, graduate students and faculty/staff.
The winners will be announced at the end of the food drive.
