2 UToledo Sales Professors Inducted into National Hall of Fame

The National Conference in Sales Management recognized two University of Toledo professors in the inaugural class of its newly established Hall of Fame.

Dr. Michael Mallin and Dr. Ellen Pullins were honored for their lasting and meaningful impact on the selling and sales management field through their scholarship and sustained service to the National Conference in Sales Management on March 27.

The National Conference in Sales Management, which this year celebrated 40 years, is described as the premier international gathering of scholars, instructors and practitioners interested in professional selling and sales management research and teaching.

The conference ran from March 25 through 27 in Norfolk, Virginia.

Mallin and Pullins teach in UToledo’s Department of Marketing and the Edward H. Schmidt School of Professional Sales within the John B. and Lillian E. Neff College of Business and Innovation.

Since introducing the first undergraduate professional sales degree program within the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business in 2000, The University of Toledo has cemented its status as a national leader in the development of sales professionals, including a nearly perfect post-graduation job placement rate.
