Dr. Matt Foss, associate professor of theatre, and UToledo students Alexandria Rayford-West and Carlos Washington discuss the selection of UToledo’s production of “20K Leagues Under the Sea” to be featured in this year’s annual Kennedy Center American College Theater Festival for Region III. The festival was virtual this year due to the coronavirus pandemic.
