The deadline for students, faculty and staff selected to participate in the National College Health Assessment survey has been extended to Monday, Feb. 8.

The survey is an important effort to improve the well-being of The University of Toledo campus community. Student Affairs and Human Resources have partnered with the American College Health Association on the survey, which is designed to assess student, faculty and staff health behaviors and perceptions.

Information gathered from the National College Health Assessment and the National Faculty and Staff Health Assessment survey will be used to provide better well-being services and support for the UToledo campus community including programming and policies. The survey should take about 20 minutes to complete and participation is crucial to gathering adequate information about our campus community’s perceptions and behaviors related to health.

Students and employees who were selected as part of the random sample received an invitation email in early January.

Students who complete the National College Health Assessment will be entered in a drawing to win a $50 Starbucks gift card.

Questions about the National College Health Assessment can be directed to Rachael Decker at rachael.decker@utoledo.edu, and questions about the National Faculty and Staff Health Assessment can be directed to Andrea Masters at andrea.masters@utoledo.edu.
