Meghan Stuart, a pharmacy sophomore, walks to Wolfe Hall to meet a friend for lunch Wednesday following a historic snowfall when 14.5 inches fell overnight into Tuesday leading to campus and much of the area being closed due to a Level 3 snow emergency. The snowstorm was Toledo’s third largest on record.
