The University of Toledo Rocket Career Center, in partnership with the UToledo Alumni Association and Recreational Services, invites students to Rec & Connect: Student & Alumni Mixer — an exciting evening of networking, connection and recreation on Friday, Feb. 21.
Scheduled from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Student Recreation Center, this inaugural event offers UToledo students the opportunity to connect with alumni while participating in a variety of fun activities.
The evening begins with an engaging alumni panel, where former Rockets will share their professional experiences, offer career advice and inspire the next generation of graduates. Following the panel discussion, attendees can join in recreational activities including yard games, basketball, badminton and more.
“This event blends meaningful connections and fun perfectly,” said Shelly Drouillard, director of the Rocket Career Center. “Students can grow their professional networks while enjoying a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.”
