To celebrate Recreational Services and all the department has to offer students, faculty/staff and community members, the Student Recreation Center will be offering a full day of specialized activities on Rec Day, Thursday, Feb. 22, for the UToledo community.

Activities are in the Student Recreation Center and include:

•  Campus Movement Break, from noon to 1 p.m. on Court 5.  Earn some movement minutes and join us for free open rec yard games and walking on the track. There will be an optional dance break from 12:30 to 12:45 p.m. near Court 5.

•  Top Roping, from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Climb Wall. Explore our Climb Wall with top roping. Gear will be provided; xlosed-toed shoes and movable clothing are suggested. No pre-registration is required.

•  Glow Flow, from 5:30 to 6:15 p.m. in the Oak Room. Join yoga instructor LJ for an electrifying, glow-in-the-dark, beginner-friendly, specialty class filled with neon lights, funky glow accessories and relaxation. Free glow sticks will be provided. Register for Glow Flow online.

•  Rocket Night Life Paws and Pottery Painting, from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. in the Oak Room.
