Following his interview, Simon Lavrincik, a freshman in civil engineering, shakes hands with Jackie Thompson, leader of talent acquisition with CK Construction, on Tuesday at the Spring 2025 Engineering Career Expo in Savage Arena. Approximately 700 students and alumni participated in the College of Engineering’s semiannual career expo, providing an opportunity for UToledo students to network with industry leaders and secure valuable co-op, internship and full-time positions across the industry.
