The Toledo men’s basketball team will be the No. 4 seed in the 2026 Mid-American Conference Tournament and face No. 5 seed Bowling Green in the quarterfinal round on Thursday, March 12 at Rocket Arena in Cleveland, Ohio. The Rockets will tip off vs. the Falcons 30 minutes after the conclusion of the 11:00 a.m. game (approximately 1:30 p.m.) with streaming on ESPN+.
Toledo split its two meetings versus Bowling Green this season, posting a 73-72 home win on Jan. 24 and dropping an 80-70 decision on the road on Feb. 14.
Junior Sonny Wilson and the Rockets will meet Bowling Green in the MAC Quarterfinals on Thursday.
With a victory in Thursday’s quarterfinal, the Rockets would play in Friday’s first semifinal vs. either No. 1 seed Miami or No. 8 seed UMass at 5 p.m. on the CBS Sports Network. The championship game will be played Saturday at 8 p.m. on ESPN2.

All ticketing is digital per the Rocket Arena and tickets will be transferred prior to each game via email. A Rocket Ticket Office representative will be on site at Rocket Arena (Cleveland Cliffs entrance at the corner of Huron Road and E. 6th Street) if you need assistance on the day of game. PREGAME PARTIES
Before both the women’s and men’s first tournament games, the UToledo Alumni Association will host pregame parties — featuring an all-you-can-eat buffet and a cash bar — at Harry Buffalo, located across the street from Rocket Arena.
The women’s pregame party starts at 4:30 p.m. today, April 11, approximately two hours before their first game against UMass.
The men’s pregame party starts at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, April 12, approximately two hours before their first game against BGSU.
Registration is required, with admission $10 for alumni members and $15 for non-members. All pregame party registrations will be cashless this year and game tickets will be sold separately.
