Tickets are on sale now for the Toledo women’s basketball team’s NCAA Tournament game vs. Iowa State in Knoxville, Tenn. on Saturday, March 18.
Tipoff is scheduled for approximately 3:30 p.m. ET (30 minutes after the conclusion of the Tennessee-St. Louis game at 1 p.m.) and the game will be televised on ESPN2.
Tickets can be ordered at UTRockets.com/tix, by calling 419-530-GOLD (4653) or in person at the Rocket Ticket Office. Tickets purchased through the Rocket Ticket Office are $15. All tickets will be digital.
The deadline for priority seating is Wednesday, March 15 at 5 p.m. The deadline to order tickets through the Rocket Ticket Office is Friday, March 17 at 10 a.m. After then, all tickets must be purchased through the Tennessee Ticket Office.
The Rockets will bring a 28-4 overall record and a school record-tying 16-game winning streak into their first-round matchup vs. Iowa State.
Toledo earned its spot in the NCAA Tournament after defeating Bowling Green, 73-58, in the MAC Tournament Championship Game.
UToledo opened the MAC Tournament with a 75-74 overtime win vs. Buffalo on Wednesday and defeated Kent State in the semifinals on Friday by a score of 65-58.
Senior guard Quinesha Lockett was named MAC Tournament MVP after averaging a team-best 14.7 PPG. Junior forward Sammi Mikonowicz and sophomore forward Jessica Cook were also named to the MAC All-Tournament team.
