Six outstanding women will be honored with the Alice H. Skeens Outstanding Woman Award at the UWC Annual Spring Awards Luncheon Wednesday, April 10.
The event runs from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Savage Arena Joe Grogan Room.
This year’s guest speaker is Dr. Amira Gohara, professor and Dean Emerita in the Department of Pathology, College of Medicine and Life Sciences.
Admission is free to UWC members, $15 for non-members and $10 for students. Membership to the UWC is $30, with all proceeds directly funding student scholarships, which will be announced in the fall due to the FAFSA delay. To become a member, visit the UWC membership webpage.
