The University of Toledo will host a “meet and greet” with Head Football Coach Tim Beckman at the spring football game Friday, April 17.
Presented by the Toledo Blade, the event will take place in the Glass Bowl Stadium Club (first floor) of the Press Tower from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Kickoff for the game will be at 7 p.m.
Tickets for the event are $25 and include an autographed item from Beckman as well as tailgate food and beverages. Admission to the spring game is free.

In addition, five former Rockets will return to the Glass Bowl to serve as guest coaches for the game.
Lance Moore, Bruce Gradkowski, Wasean Tait, Mike Bell and Jalen Parmele will be on the sidelines calling the plays for the Blue and Gold teams. Beckman said a sixth former Rocket will be added to the coaching roster prior to the game.
Moore (2001-04), a wide receiver for the New Orleans Saints, is UT’s all-time leading receiver with 222 receptions. Gradkowski (2002-05), a quarterback with the Oakland Raiders, is UT’s all-time leading passer with 9,225 yards. Tait (1993-98) and Parmele (2004-07) are the No.2 and No. 4 rushers on the Rockets’ all-time list with 4,338 and 3,119 yards, respectively. Bell, a former Toledo fire chief, was a letter winner from 1974 to 1976 and team captain in 1976.
The spring game will be a true scrimmage with the Rockets divided into Blue and Gold teams. The score and clock will be kept per normal NCAA rules, except that the second half will feature a running clock.
After the game, Rocket players will sign autographs in the West Concourse underneath the Press Tower.
