Vaccine demand is waning in Lucas, Wood counties, while infections climb

Dr. Michael Ellis, chief medical officer at The University of Toledo Medical Center and professor of medicine in the UToledo College of Medicine and Life Sciences, says research has shown younger people tend to be more reluctant to get vaccinated in general, which may explain part of the hesitancy officials are now seeing toward the COVID-19 vaccine.
