The University of Toledo will once again offer employees the opportunity to voluntarily reduce their work hours during the 2023 summer months.
The program, which is available to non-hospital and non-patient care employees, enables employees to revitalize and to spend extra time with their family and friends, while also helping the University to reduce labor costs in departments where workloads are reduced in the summer.
Employees interested in participating in the program for unpaid time off during the May through August time period will need approval from their department supervisor, based on business needs.
The request form and additional details about the voluntary summer reduced hours program are available on the Human Resources’ website.
