Voluntary Summer Reduced Hours Program Available

The University of Toledo will again offer employees the opportunity to voluntarily reduce their work hours during the 2022 summer months.

The program, which is available to non-hospital and non-patient care employees, enables employees to rejuvenate and spend extra time with their families and friends, while also helping to reduce the University’s labor costs in departments where workloads are reduced in the summer.

Employees interested in participating in the program for unpaid time off during the May through August time period need approval from their department supervisor, based on business needs.
