Staff members at Rocket Solution Central are ready to help with financial aid, student accounts and registration.
“While UToledo offices are closed in an effort to restrict the spread of coronavirus, our Rocket Solution Central team is working remotely,” Todd Matthews, director of financial aid operations and Rocket Solution Central, said. “We are on the job and ready to help.”
Staff members are available by phone at 419.530.8700 Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 12:20 p.m. and 1:30 to 4:45 p.m.

“While we’re not sure when our lobby will be open to visitors, we want UToledo community members to know we are available to field questions,” Matthews said.
The phone hours for Rocket Solution Central are expected to be in place through Thursday, July 2.
