Starting June 20 through June 30, UToledo’s Key Control office will not be able to accept new key requests to allow time for implementing a new key database and online request portal.
Any new key requests for this period must be submitted by June 19.
The updated online request portal will allow for a smoother self-requesting process. Individuals will be able to view personal and reporting staff assignment records, inventories and statuses for keys they may have approved.
The new portal will be available starting July 1.
