The University of Toledo Ritter Planetarium will screen “Out There: The Quest for Extrasolar Worlds” in July.
“Out There: The Quest for Extrasolar Worlds” explores the thousands of planets that orbit stars other than the sun in our Milky Way, including the techniques astronomers use to find these hidden worlds using both space-based and Earth-based observatories.
The UToledo Ritter Planetarium will screen “Out There: The Quest for Extrasolar Worlds” at 8:30 p.m. Fridays from July 11 through July 25.
Appropriate for general audiences, it will screen at 8:30 p.m. Fridays from July 11 through July 25.
Admission to planetarium shows is $8 for adults and $6 for children, senior citizens and UToledo community members. Children ages 3 and younger are free. Parking is free in Area 1N within 45 minutes of the beginning of planetarium shows.
