Community organizations, UToledo student organizations and University offices are invited to reserve a table for the 2026 Campus Involvement Fair on Wednesday, Sept. 2, from noon to 3 p.m. in Centennial Mall.
The annual fair provides participating organizations an opportunity to connect with students, share campus and community resources, promote volunteer opportunities and highlight other ways to get involved.
Community organizations, UToledo student organizations and University offices are invited to reserve a table for the 2026 Campus Involvement Fair on Sept. 2 from noon to 3 p.m. in Centennial Mall.
Community organizations may reserve a table for $25. The registration fee may be paid by check or credit card during event check-in. Community organizations can register online through InvoNet.
Student organizations must reserve a table to participate. To be eligible, organizations must be in good standing with the University and maintain active status with the Office of Student Engagement and Connections. Student organizations and University offices can register through the Campus Involvement Fair registration form.
Participating organizations and University offices may reserve one table each. Space is limited, and early registration is encouraged.
Registration closes Friday, Aug. 14, at 11:59 p.m. Submissions will not be accepted after the deadline.
Parking passes will not be provided. Guest parking permits may be purchased in advance through the University’s event parking website.
