Bowser and Dickman are pursuing bachelor’s degrees in accounting. Raczkowski graduated with his undergraduate accounting degree in May and is now pursuing a master of science in accountancy at the Neff College of Business.

The PCAOB is a nonprofit corporation created by Congress to oversee the audits of public companies and further the public interest in the preparation of accurate, informative and independent audit reports. Its Scholars Program, which is funded through monetary penalties collected as part of its enforcement action under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, has been supporting students at accredited colleges and universities since 2011.

The PCAOB has awarded nearly $43 million in scholarships to 3,603 recipients since the inception of its Scholars Program.

Bowser, Dickman and Raczkowski are among 685 2024-25 PCAOB Scholars, representing the largest group in the history of the program.
