The University of Toledo will host Football Fan Friday at the UT Athletic Ticket Office at the Sullivan Athletic Complex in Savage Arena Friday, Aug. 21, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Fans may purchase their Rocket football season tickets, including the Ultimate Fan Plan for $80 or a custom-made three-game Mini-Plan for $66.
All fans purchasing their tickets in person from the ticket office Friday will receive a free Rocket koozie. Free Tim Horton’s coffee and doughnuts will be available from 7 to 9 a.m.
There will be two live remote radio broadcasts during Football Fan Friday. From 7 to 9 a.m., the Fox Morning Blitz with Anthony Bellino and Chris Burns will broadcast live from the ticket office. Then from noon to 2 p.m., KISS-FM’s Meghan Mickwill be on the air, featuring live interviews with Rocket football players. Listen to both shows for free ticket giveaways and special offers for the Sept. 3 UT-Stony Brook game, or stop by and meet the players.
Rocky’s Locker, the official apparel store for UT athletics, will open at 8 a.m. and will be offering special 25 percent discounts on selected Rocket gear. Fans can enter to win store gift cards and a tailgate package that includes a Lot 10 parking pass for the Stony Brook game and City Barbecue gift card.
Then Friday night, don’t forget to head over for movie night at the Glass Bowl. The stadium will open at 6:30 p.m. for fun on the field; “Wreck-It Ralph” will begin at 8 p.m. Read more here.
