The deadline for employees to verify the status of dependents on the University’s medical plan with Consova is Friday, Sept. 8.
Dependents who are not verified by Sept. 8 will be removed from the medical plan effective Saturday, Sept. 30.
To verify the status of dependents, refer to the email sent from Consova containing your unique PIN to create an account and upload the required documentation.
