The University of Toledo’s T32 Graduate Research Training Initiative for Student Enhancement (G-RISE) will host a mental health conference for graduate students on Tuesday, Sept. 10.
The event is scheduled from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Health Education Building Room 105 on Health Science Campus.
This conference addresses the mental health challenges faced by graduate students and provides strategies for maintaining well-being during their academic journey, including a presentation from Dr. Mary Huff of Dragonfly Mental Health who focuses on challenges faced by biomedical students; Dr. Margaret “Miggy” Hopkins, a recently retired professor of management in the John B. and Lillian E. Neff College of Business and Innovation; and The University of Toledo Title IX team.
