Hindsight, an exhibit of work by photographer by Ben Morales, is on display now through Friday, Oct. 25, in the North Gallery of Carlson Library as part of the University Libraries Gallery Series.

A photographer and art director born and raised in Ohio, Morales strives to unveil the beauty and meaning in the world around us by capturing the natural and manmade environments that most people take for granted.

With a love of history and a curiosity for forgotten and overlooked places, he seeks to connect us with the past and challenge our perceptions of the world we inherited. His book, “Hindsight: Northwest Ohio Through the Lens of Time,” features his well-known photographs of historic Toledo landmarks, seamlessly juxtaposing the past with the present.
