Rockets are invited to Carlson Library to kick off the year with games, fun and food as the first two floors of the library are transformed into Club Carlson on Wednesday, Sept. 13, from 2 to 5 p.m.
On the first floor of Club Carlson, test yourself with the University Libraries Wheel of Knowledge, get your picture taken at our photo booth, play a game of corn hole or try your hand at one of our three trivia contests (“Game of Thrones,” Schools of Pop Culture or Spooky Season).
The second floor is where you will find the food and music. You can sit with your friends, enjoy a snack and play one of our many tabletop games. We also will have mini-golf, Giant Connect 4 and Giant Yahtzee available to play.
For those students new to the University, we will have tours of the library and an informational table from the Canaday Center for Special Collections available.
