The Rockets and Kroger are teaming up to bring a UT football ticket promotion to Toledo fans, the community and Kroger shoppers while helping the Northwest Ohio Food Bank.
Fans are invited to attend Kroger Night with the Rockets Saturday, Sept. 22, for the Coastal Carolina game at 7 p.m. in the Glass Bowl.
With a Kroger membership card, you may purchase up two tickets for half price ($12 per ticket). The half-price tickets must be purchased prior to game day. You may purchase tickets by calling 419.530.4653 or by visiting the UT Ticket Office in the Sullivan Athletic Complex at Savage Arena.
The Rockets and Kroger are asking fans to bring a canned good to one of the area Kroger locations or the Glass Bowl Sept. 22 to be donated to the Northwest Ohio Food Bank.
Donations also will be taken at the area Kroger locations through Saturday, Sept. 22. Kroger will have bins located in the front of the stores.
On game day, Kroger employees will accept all donated canned goods for the Northwest Ohio Food Bank at Fan Fest. Fan Fest is located on the north side of the Glass Bowl, near the UT Varsity Tennis Courts. All fans that donate a canned good will receive a 5 percent discount on UT apparel at the Rocket Shop during the football game. Purchases can be made at the West Concourse of the Glass Bowl during the game.
