An upcoming event at The University of Toledo will give prospective students an opportunity to explore UToledo’s academic offerings, experience life on campus and learn about the college application process while connecting with current students and staff.
Preview UToledo will take place from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 24, on the University’s Main Campus.
The event is open to current high school students — particularly those in their junior or senior year — and other first-time college students, transfer and gap year students and those looking to pursue their education online.
Prospective students are asked to register in advance and check in at the Thompson Student Union Auditorium between 9:30 and 11 a.m. the day of the event. Free parking is available in areas 1N, 1S, 10 or 13, and lunch will be provided.
“Preview UToledo provides prospective students and their families with a comprehensive look at the opportunities available at The University of Toledo,” said Heather Lutz, director of enrollment events and visits. “It’s an experience designed to help them envision themselves as part of our campus community and discover how UToledo can empower their future.”
The event includes an academic fair where attendees can speak with representatives from each of UToledo’s academic colleges, a resource fair that highlights UToledo’s student support services and an application workshop where prospective students can finalize and submit their fall 2026 application for free.
Guests also are invited to join one of four hourlong walking tours of campus, explore a pair of residence halls and attend a session with a UToledo admissions counselor to learn about the college search process.
