Funeral arrangements for Samantha Cozad, who was a security officer on Health Science Campus, have been announced.
The Toledo resident was killed in a car accident Nov. 4.
Visitation hours will be held Monday, Nov. 10, from 2 to 8 p.m. at Witzler Shank Funeral Home, 222 E. South Boundary St., Perrysburg. The funeral will be Tuesday, Nov. 11, at 10 a.m. there.
Cozad, 20, had worked at the University since May 2013. She was taking classes and was majoring in criminal justice at UT.
