Ahead of the Battle of I-75 football game, Rocky the Rocket and Freddie Falcon participated in their own rivalry battle of the mascots.

Watch the video of the mascots competing in challenges on both campuses including a  running race, arm wrestling, weight lifting, a staring contest, a video game and a game of rock, paper, scissors.

The two are tied 3-3 as they walk into Doyt L. Perry Stadium on the Bowling Green State University campus where the football game will settle the score.

The game kicks off at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 10. It will be broadcast on CBS Sports Network.

Toledo holds a slim one-game advantage in the series, 41-40-4, and the Rockets have won 10 of the last 11 meetings. Toledo won last year’s rivalry game in the Glass Bowl, 38-3.

Toledo and Bowling Green will be playing for the Battle of I-75 Trophy for the 11th time. The Rockets won the trophy for the first time in 2011 and has held it every year since then except in 2019, when the Falcons won in Bowling Green.
