Medical Mutual of Ohio and ProMedica have reached a new multiyear contract agreement finalizing network participation terms. Employees of The University of Toledo who are covered under Medical Mutual may continue to receive care at ProMedica facilities without losing access or facing unexpected out-of-network charges.
