In this episode:

• Molly Reams Thompson shares her work as director of the LaunchPad Incubation Program at The University of Toledo, a business startup and entrepreneurial assistance program for northwest Ohio’s high-tech companies.

• Tom Burden, a LaunchPad tenant and founder of Grypshon, talks about being selected for the program and how his business has grown.

• Brad Hoos discusses how Grand Circus, of which he is co-founder and head of community partnerships, delivers differentiated results through innovation and critical thinking.

• And Jen Simon talks about her role as director of Ohio University’s Innovation Center.
