The deadline for those required by The University of Toledo to receive a seasonal flu vaccine is Thursday, Dec. 1.

Individuals on Main Campus who still need to get their influenza vaccine can do so this week from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the University Health Center.

UToledo requires the influenza vaccine for all on-campus students and employees who are not represented by a bargaining unit, as well as all healthcare workers at UTMC and University clinics.

On Health Science Campus, vaccines are available today from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m., tomorrow from 8 a.m. to noon and Thursday from 2 to 6 p.m. at the outpatient pharmacy in the UTMC Medical Pavilion.

UToledo requires the influenza vaccine for all on-campus students and employees who are not represented by a bargaining unit, as well as all healthcare workers at UTMC and University clinics.

Appointments are not required to get the vaccine on campus, but individuals do need to complete a consent form, available at influenza.utoledo.edu, prior to receiving their shot. The vaccine is free for UToledo students and employees.

Proof of vaccination will be automatically uploaded for individuals who get their flu shot through the University. Students and employees who get their flu shot elsewhere will need to upload proof of vaccination through the University’s vaccine registry portal.

More information about the vaccine requirement and clinic hours is available on the University’s flu preparation website.
