UT offensive lineman named All-America by SB Nation

University of Toledo senior offensive lineman Storm Norton recently was named to SB Nation’s All-America Team.

Norton, 6-8, 306 pounds, is a two-time, first-team All-Mid-American Conference selection at left tackle. He was the leader of a unit that allowed just 12 sacks in 2016 and powered a Rocket offense that led the MAC in total offense (529.8) and passing offense (329.1).

This past season, he was on the official watch list for the Outland Trophy, which is awarded annually to the nation’s top interior lineman.

Norton has accepted an invitation to play in the NFL Players Association Collegiate Bowl Jan. 21 at Cal State University-Dominguez Hills.
