The Office of Multicultural Student Success is hosting its first-ever Academic Excellence Gala on Tuesday, April 19, in the Thompson Student Union Ingman Room.
Scheduled from 6 to 8 p.m., the Academic Excellence Gala will recognize those students of color and LGBTQ+ students for having a 3.00 GPA, having completed all requisites to obtain the student diversity certificate, and/or having been recognized as our “Family Member of the Year.”
The Family Member of the Year award is for a student who has demonstrated the mission of OMSS and has been “a radiant presence within the OMSS community.”
Dinner will be provided to participants at the event.
