The University of Toledo’s Relay for Life chapter will be hosting a Halloween-themed 5K on Saturday, Oct. 28, with check-in starting at 10 a.m.
The Halloween 5k Walk/Run will take place at the Flatlands on Main Campus near Area 10, and will include post-5K activities including: costume contests (pets included), pumpkin painting, trick-or-treating, face painting and more.
As part of the American Cancer Society, the UToledo chapter of Relay for Life raises monetary donations for the American Cancer Society, which will be used for funding and conducting research, sharing expert information, supporting patients and spreading the word about the prevention of cancer.
