Week of ‘De-stress’ Activities Planned for Finals Beginning Dec. 4

University Counseling Center, Student Affairs and the Student Recreation Center is providing students several ways to de-stress during finals.

•  Monday, Dec. 4 — Do-Nut Worry. Free donuts and coffee and coloring from 9 a.m. to noon at Thompson Student Union by the elevators near the dining halls. The YWCA will provide free candy in the dining area of Health Science Campus from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

•  Tuesday, Dec. 5 — Fueling Tomorrows With Healthy Snacks. Visit the Center for Advocacy and Student Experience in Thompson Student Union Room 2518 for the pop-up pantry from 11 a.m. to noon.

•  Wednesday, Dec. 6 — Well Well Well Wednesday. Relaxing, stress-free activities including essential oil making as well as free swag and gentle yoga from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Carlson Library Room 1005.

•  Thursday, Dec. 7 — Meet, Greet and Treat. Visit the Advocates from YWCA from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Thompson Student Union near the food court. Night at the Rec from 8 to 9:30 p.m. in the Student Recreation Center Maple Room.

•  Friday, Dec. 8 — Final-ly Friday. Relaxing, stress-free activities including essential oil making as well as free swag and gentle yoga from 1 to 4 p.m. in Mulford Library.

No sign-up or registration is required to attend these events.
