The University of Toledo Board of Trustees approved 55 faculty members for promotion and tenure at its April meeting.
There were 28 faculty members who received tenure and another 27 were promoted to professor, associate professor or assistant professor.
“The success of our faculty and our students is the highest priority for The University of Toledo and the Office of the Provost,” said Dr. Scott Molitor, interim provost and executive vice president for academic affairs. “We are proud to recognize this year’s cohort of faculty members who have advanced through the tenure and promotion process, and to celebrate their accomplishments in teaching, research and service.”
